We do our best to process orders placed by 2:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, on the same day. Orders received after that time or on the weekend will be process the next business day, assuming the product is in stock, with the exception of Holiday or high volume timeframes. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes from 5-7 days to arrive using Ground shipping, depending on the destination. Expedited orders using Two-Day or Overnight delivery should arrive the designated number of business days after being shipped. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Note that orders containing aerosols cannot be shipped overnight or via expedited air service. Deliveries to eligible addresses outside the continental United States may take longer.

To maintain the quality life of your tress, always use satin bonnet if you will sleep in her. Place your unit a mannequin head when not in use. Never lay her on other fabrics.

 

TO RENEW: Use our WashUp Dry Shampoo in lieu of water washing to climate odors, dirt and oils. If you must wash with water, always use a premium fabric softener, you only need to soak and air dry. The curls will always remain.

 

FOR MORE SHINE: Our Gloss Spray is perfect to add just the right sheen to your unit. It contains no oils, and it alcohol free. Never use an oil sheen or grease on your fiber unit.

 

ADDING MORE CURLS: To add more curls to your unit, our Tress Curler is the #1 option to add curls or straightening out your unit. Flexi rods are another option, however they will need to be left in your unit overnight.
